The office of the city secretary is responsible for managing meetings for the City of Brookshire. The office is also responsible for records retention and responding to public information requests. If you have any questions, you are welcome to email or call city hall.

Public Information Requests:
As of March 7, 2024, there is a new Public Information Request Policy that was passed by City Council. 

All Public Information requests must be delivered in one of three ways to be accepted:

1. Hand delivered to 4029 5th Street Brookshire, Texas 77423 to the attention of the City Secretary
2. Mailed via US Postal Service to:
City Secretary
PO BOX 160
Brookshire, Texas 77423
3. Emailed to PIR@brookshiretx.gov 

Any requests received by any other means will not be accepted.
